LIKE I SAID PREVIOUSLY, IT'S BEEN A PRIORITY AREA THAT THE BOARD AND COUNCIL HAS WANTED TO FOCUS ON FOR A WHILE NOW. AND BUT WITH THIS PROGRAM FOCUSING MAINLY ON DOWNTOWN, THE MEASURABLE IMPACT IS A LITTLE BIT GREATER. AND THEN ALSO WE JUST WANTED TO BRING AWARENESS, LIKE I SAID, TO THE AREA, INCREASED FOOT TRAFFIC AND HOPEFULLY THAT WILL HELP THE BUSINESSES THAT ARE DOWN HERE CURRENTLY. I REMEMBER THAT, A THREE BY FIVE MONARCH.
